I was ordained there in 3 or 4 years, but I'm sort of a deacon in my church in the role of the deacon ... Should I be reordered as a deacon or not, the leadership of the pastoral situation and for the position of deacon?

Depending on the denomination. I'm Southern Baptist, and now not to any church. I think most churches would say, SBC, which ordained as a priest, a deacon must not be "re-but a deacon, wanted to be a pastor should be subjected to further co-ordination.
