Why is my esky honeybee (RC Helicopter) not powerful enough? - esky honeybee cp2 manual

I have my period yesterday with bees, and had only a flight of 15 minutes in total. So far, the helicopter did not have the power to handle more than 2 meters. So when it is so high, the throttle, slowly sinks until it touches the ground.

Especially when I use the helicopter on the ground (the battery were connected to allow) for a minute, the next launch is a bit stronger, then continue the same symptoms.

Originally I thought it was the battery, but I 2hr10mins charged twice every time and still no result.

Suggestions? Thanks in advance
