I tried to upgrade 1979 Ski-Doo Blizzard 7500 +. I have a spare pump on a website, but a snowstorm Ski-Doo 1980 + 7500. Will it work?

I understand that they are the same engines, and no change this year with the engine it is a big task, but to ensure that there is only one local merchant ship talking snowmobile and make sure, but I have encountered the same problem and was told it should fit the same engine
